Cherwell Software presents "How to Keep Your Service Desk Staff Happy and Motivated"

Jarod Greene joins Cherwell Software with 10 years of IT industry experience at Gartner. During his tenure at Gartner he initially served as a Client Engagement Specialist and ultimately as an ITSM industry analyst. Jarod was responsible for coverage of ITSM processes, organizational structures and enabling ITSM technologies. Jarod has a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Trinity College and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Georgia.


Randstad Technologies presents "Industry and Salary Trends"

Dino Grigorakakis has over 20 years of experience in the IT staffing and services industry — the majority of that in IT staffing and direct hire with Robert Half. Dino joined Technisource, now Randstad Technologies, in 2010 and was responsible for growing and managing the direct hire practice across the US.  Prior to joining Technisource, he served as District President for RHI in the southeast district managing a team of Regional and Branch Managers from North Carolina thru Northern Florida, for all RHI lines of business: IT, Accounting and Finance, Administrative, Legal, and Creative professionals.

Dino graduated from the University of Delaware with a BS in Computer Science.

As the Vice President of Recruiting and Direct Hire, Dino is responsible for Contract and Permanent Placement recruiting strategy for all of Randstad Technologies.  Dino also provides direct oversight and management of the National Recruiting Centers with responsibilities that include hiring, training, and development of the Recruiters and Managers within these groups.
