Round Table Discussions on Various Service Management and Service support topics

Calling All Nominations for 2015 AOY and DST Award

Please nominate your superstars for the Analyst of the Year and Desktop Support Technician of the Year award.  This is a great and no cost way to honor your team members and celebrate their hard work. 

Nominations will close on Friday, October 30th. 

Judging will be held during the month of November.

Batter Up! HDIOC Angels Game

HDIOC is going to the Angels game on Tuesday, August 18th at 7:05pm. Feel free to bring friends, coworkers, family.  The Angels will be playing the Chicago White Sox.  This is a great way to network and have some fun with the chapter.  

We will be sitting together as a group in the Pavillion. There will be an Angels Travel Pillow giveaway as well.  Also each ticket receives a hot dog and a small soda.
